Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment / Experience Consultant to join our team and play a key role in driving success across their specialist market.

The Role

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow your own desk within your specialist market
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Source, headhunt, and place high-quality candidates into suitable roles
Drive business development and identify new opportunities
Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience from start to finish
Work collaboratively with a supportive, high-performing team

The Candidate

Who You Are:

Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), with a track record of consistent success
Confident managing the full 360 recruitment cycle or strong delivery within a specialist function
Strong billing history with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent relationship builder with clients and candidates alike
Commercially aware, resilient, and motivated by results
A team player who also takes ownership of their own desk

Your Background Will Include:

Proven success within recruitment (any sector considered – specialist or generalist)
Demonstrable billing/placement achievements
Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
A strong understanding of candidate sourcing, selection, and placement processes
